Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive an email that confirms shipment and includes tracking information. If you do not receive an email, contact us and we will assist you.

NOTE: Please contact us IMMEDIATELY if you wish to cancel your order as once it has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and you will not be able to request a return or refund.

We have a 30-day return/refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return/refund. 

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You are responsible for any shipping fees if you wish to return your items. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your product arrives damaged for any reason, or you don't receive your order for any reason, we will issue you a refund or resend the product.
